As a seasoned Learning & Leadership Development Strategist and EQ-Certified Coach, Joycee specializes in designing transformative learning experiences that unlock human potential and drive measurable business impact.
With over a decade of experience spanning Learning Experience Design, Leadership Development, and Digital Transformation, Joycee has successfully led impactful initiatives across government, public, and private sectors worldwide.A Professional Learning Fellow at the University of Toronto, she holds an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology, a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training & Development, and certifications as a Performance Consultant and Microsoft Certified Educator. She is also a Certified Partner for EQ-i 2.0®, EQ 360®, SLII®, and TQ by The Rocket Model™.
